The Role

You will be my personal right hand, working closely with me across
MeMe London, Celeste Starre, LUNA ROCA, and Stacked by Celeste
.

office based in Bali, Indonesia

You may already have experience working with a
fashion, beauty, or jewellery brand
, ideally in retail or direct to consumer, but we are absolutely willing to train the right person with the right mindset.

Skills & Experience (Preferred, Not All Required)

• Experience working with a brand in fashion, beauty, or jewellery

• Familiarity with tools such as
Shopify, Canva
, or similar platforms

• Experience with or strong interest in
TikTok and TikTok Shop
, including content, trends, creators, or social commerce

• Curiosity around
AI tools
, and openness to learning how we integrate AI into daily workflows

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

• Willingness to travel internationally

You will
travel with the founder
as we expand the business across
Asia, the Middle East, and the United States
, so flexibility, energy, and a sense of adventure are important.

What's Included

• One year Indonesian work visa, with intention to extend

Salary aligned with expectations for the region, depending on experience

• Local Indonesian health insurance

A one year Indonesian work visa is provided, with the intention to extend long term if we are aligned and growing together.

You will support day to day operations, help manage our Bali based team, and be deeply involved in how these brands are built, scaled, and run.
