**Plan, execute, and monitor projects following PMLC & SDLC.**:

- Create and manage project timelines agreed upon by the team.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring smooth collaboration with stakeholders and management.
- **Proficiency in project documentation**(BRD, FSD, TRD)**and skilled in handling UAT challenges through effective problem solving, scope management, and risk control.
- Identify and resolve project issues, escalating when necessary.
- Ensure project milestones are met while maintaining quality and budget control.
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates.

**Minimum Qualifications: Job Requirement**
- **MUST HAVE Min. 3 years experience as IT PM in banking industry (min. client PM);**:

- Strong understanding of **Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) & Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);**:

- **Experience as a Scrum Master or Product Manager would be a strong advantage;**:

- Able to create timeline which has been discussed and agreed by project team;
- Critical thinking to solve project impediments, know when to escalate;
- Proactive, consistent, and independent in managing projects;
- As a leader to manage the team, monitor project milestone and well collaboration and coordination among project team, impacted team and management/ PM Head
