About the role

As an IT Project Manager for Syariah Banking at PT. SIGMA GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI (SIGMATECH), you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of complex IT projects within the Syariah banking sector. This is a contract position based in Central Jakarta, Jakarta, offering the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology initiatives that support the company's strategic growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Define project scope, goals, deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
  2. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines and budgets
  3. Coordinate project activities, resources and dependencies across multiple teams
  4. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
  5. Communicate project status and performance to stakeholders, escalating concerns as needed
  6. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements
  7. Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to project team members
  8. Document and share project learnings to drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years' experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in the Syariah banking industry
  2. Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans
  3. Expertise in traditional and agile project management methodologies
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  5. Proficient in the use of project management tools and software
  6. Understanding of Syariah banking regulations, processes and technologies
  7. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
