**About the Team**

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of technical projects from initiation through delivery
- Manage project initiation activities, including identifying contractual obligations, client needs, and project scope
- Ensure project requirements align with operational standards
- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments
- Identify and assign project roles
- Coordinate activities among team members and external organizations to meet project goals
- Monitor project progress and manage risks and issues
- Assist in problem resolution and risk mitigation
- Perform other related duties as needed

**What You Bring**
- Mandatory experience in implementing banking/payment systems, preferably large enterprise banking systems
- Experience in end-to-end project management of medium to large, complex enterprise systems
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Capability in planning, project financials management, organizing, and progress control
- Good negotiation skills and ability to work with all levels of an organization
- Familiarity with project management standards and best practices
- Knowledge of IT project methodologies and life cycles
