**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 **years** of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in **Zoho & QuickBooks (two years working experience required)**.
- **Strong English Communication skills**:

- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is a plus.

**Should be able to work during US time zone.**

As an Accountant, you will responsible of taking care of AR/AP, budgeting forecasting, preparing financial reports, vendor management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Zoho & Quick Books.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and other financial transactions.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal accounting regulations.
- Monitor financial data and recommend improvements to financial processes.
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making by management.
