The company is the contractor of the West Madura Production Sharing Contract (PSC) in Indonesia and is engaged in oil and natural gas exploration and exploitation.

Now we are looking for:
FINANCE, ACCOUNTING & TAX STAFF

A. General Requirements:
1. Female, maximum age 30 years old.

3. Minimum 2 - 5 years in Finance,Accounting and Tax fields, preferably in

Oil and Gas Company.

4. Fluent in using English both oral and written (it is a must criteria)

5. Good administration and proficient in using Microsoft Office Excel and

Words.

6. Able to work as an individual or as a team

7. Honest, diligent in working, having critical thinking and self-motivated

person

B. Specific Requirements (Finance & Accounting):
1. Familiar to use/operate Accounting Software such as MYOB/ABSS

2. Good understanding knowledge in the Accounting Cycle, Cash Flow Analysis/Forecast and making Finance statement journal.

3. Experience with bank transaction

4. Good knowledge to understand the Financial Monthly Report (FMR) and Financial Quarterly Report (FQR).

5. Have ability to analyse the Yearly budget proposal and understand the mechanism of under/overlifting related to entitlement portion of Oil and Gas.

C. Specific Requirements (Tax):
1. Good knowlegde about Indonesia Tax Regulation ( Income Tax Pph 21,

Pph 23, Pph 25, Pph 4(2) and Value Added Tax).

2. Have experiences on the Tax calculation, Tax report and reconciliation

3. Can operate new tax system (Coretax).

4. Has certificate on Brevet A and B

5. Can understand Corporate and Divident Tax calculation

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the tax and accounting function that included preparation of financial statement, analysis, cash flow forecast, consolidation account, and tax payment
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness and data integrity of all financial data
- Assist to ensure Financial reports compliance with the regulatory and company procedures
- Undertake ad-hoc assignment and prepare accounting reports as directed by the Management.
