**Job Title**:Accounting Manager

**Location**:Jakarta, Indonesia

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily accounting operations (accounts payable, general ledger).
- Manage month-end/year-end closing, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Handle cashflow, budgeting, and forecasting for financial planning.
- Coordinate tax filings and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Lead and mentor the Senior Accountant, providing guidance and support
- Manage office chop policy and coordinate legal document reviews.
- Actively support and adopt transformative digital tools to improve accounting processes.
- As financial business partner, collaborate with Country Manager on financial strategies that align with business goals.
- Effectively support Asia Value Chain operations while maintaining a clear independence necessary for the Finance function.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a multinational company or public accounting firm, with 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- High integrity and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
