We are searching for a dynamic leader as the **Director of Commercial**, reporting directly to the GM and overseeing revenue management for a prestigious 5-star hotel property. If you have a passion for luxury, a modern approach to sales, and a background in high-volume Asian city properties, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive revenue management through all channels for the hotel property.
- Lead and optimise Reservations, Room Sales, F&B, and Catering Services.
- Implement and maintain high standards in line with a luxury brand or large-scale Asian city property.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Luxury brand background or experience in a 400+ room Asian city property.**:

- **Proven track record in a high-volume city (Asian) environment.**:

- **Strong sales and revenue management background.**:

- **Entrepreneurial mindset with a professional approach.**

**Key Requirements**:

- Passion for selling luxury experiences.
- Modern approach to sales and revenue management practices.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with subordinates and executive management.
- Autonomy and freedom to execute strategies with a professional and entrepreneurial mindset.

**Remuneration**:
Salary ranging between MYR 25,000 to RM 30,000 (USD 5,200 - USD 6,300) gross per month, negotiable.
