**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting research
- Training pilots
- Repairing hardwares
- Auditing the team
- Conducting trials with customers
- Perform hardware maintenance and report documentation

**Requirements**:

- Experienced with spraying and fertilizing drones (such as DJI Agras or XAG)
- Experience in the design, development, and maintenance of drone systems
- Experience in programming and using flight control software such as QGroundControl or Mission Planner
- Can operate drone
- Skills in soldering and assembling electronic components
- Drone pilot certification from a recognized aviation authority (value-added)
- Good communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Time management and project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly about new technologies
- Willing to be placed on site (6 months on site, 3 weeks off)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, in fast-paced environment

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
