**Reporting Line**: report to the Construction Manager

**Salary**: up to IDR 23 Million per month

**Requirement**:
+ Having more than 7 years strong Construction Project proven working experience in planning, execution, and supervision of construction work with minimum 4 years of experience as a Field Supervisor on projects related to oil & gas facilities, petrochemical plants, civil construction, high-rise buildings, bridges, mining, geothermal, and power plants

+ Oversee the execution of construction activities on-site

+ Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines

+ Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project progress

+ Strong knowledge of construction processes, project planning, and field supervision also experience working on large-scale construction or industrial projects is a plus

+ Proficient in driving a manual car and possessing a valid, relevant driver's license

+ Have good leadership, problem solving & communication skills as well as being hardworking, disciplined, reliable and teamwork

+ Good English with minimum Bachelor Degree in any Engineering disciplines
