About Karvi

Karvi is a luxury jewellery brand specialising in bespoke wedding, engagement, and fine jewellery pieces. We are dedicated to crafting timeless, modern-day heirlooms that reflect individuality and become cherished for generations.

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations & Production Executive who can oversee day-to-day production and ensure every Karvi piece meets our standard of craftsmanship.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee and track the jewellery production process from design to final completion.
  • Conduct regular workshop visits to perform quality checks and ensure production accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and production team to keep all projects on schedule.
  • Prepare documentation, monitor timelines, and follow up on every ongoing project.
  • Assist the founder with production, scheduling, and operational coordination.

What We're Looking For

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Proactive and reliable — able to follow through without constant supervision.
  • Possesses own vehicle (car preferred) and comfortable travelling around Jakarta.
  • Passion for fine jewellery, craftsmanship, and working in a creative environment.
