We are partnering with a leading multinational data center provider to hire an experienced 
Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist
. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and smooth coordination among internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable – MSA & Reseller Billing

  • Coordinate with the Central Billing Team to obtain and validate unbilled revenue before month-end closing.
  • Review billing data, confirm accuracy, and provide validated information to relevant teams.
  • Ensure timely issuance of Commercial and Tax Invoices in coordination with the Billing and Tax teams.
  • Manage invoice printing, review, approvals, and distribution to customers within predefined timelines.
  • Monitor Work Completion Reports (BAPP), Service Receipts, Acceptance of Service (AOS), and Service Order (SO) status as required.
  • Submit VIM and required supporting documents promptly.
  • Track invoice aging, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure collections are received within due dates.
  • Maintain and update the Daily Accounts Receivable Monitoring Report consistently.

Other Billing Activities

  • Validate unbilled revenue for lease and debit/credit notes.
  • Coordinate issuance and submission of invoices and supporting documents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesia GAAP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Experience using SAP is a plus.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience
    in Accounts Receivable or similar roles.
