Account Receivable Officer

Information About The Role

Account Receivable Officer is responsible for handling and tracking all accounts receivable activities, including processing invoices, monitoring payments, and following up with clients for collections. This role also ensures the accuracy of financial reports, proper bank reconciliations, and effective management of customer deposits to maintain a healthy cash flow and ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibility

• Retrieve daily bank movements for all bank accounts and update payment and receipt records accurately.
• Update and maintain the Accounts Receivable (AR) report on a regular basis.
• Identify incoming payments
• Process invoice settlements in Xero.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and coordinate with clients for timely collection.
• Update and monitor customer deposit balance and top-up status.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation to ensure data accuracy across systems.

Requirement

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and AR processes.
• Proficiency in accounting systems (preferably Xero) and data tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and coordination with internal teams and external clients.
• Proactive, accountable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
