Job Description :

1.Translate documents, emails, and other written materials from Mandarin to English and vice versa or Mandarin to Bahasa Indonesia vice versa.

2. Provide simultaneous interpretation during meetings and conversations between employees and project partners: Chinese-speaking, English-speaking, and Indonesia-speaking people.

3. Act as a cultural liaison, helping to bridge the gap between Chinese, English and Indonesia-speaking employees by promoting cultural understanding and integration.

4. Collaborate with colleagues to create a harmonious and productive work environment, fostering a sense of teamwork and camaraderie among all employees, especially during the training period in China.

5. Maintain records of translated documents, correspondence, meeting notes.

Qualification :

1. Bachelor's degree, Diploma, SMK Relevant majors such as Industrial

2. 1-2 years of experience as translator, either working for a Chinese company or a Chinese-affiliated company with a significant Chinese workforce.

3. Domain knowledge of Chinese language and culture

4. Understanding of administration and document management

5. Placement in Kawasan Bintang Industri 2 Tj. Uncang - Batam.
