Safety Translator

Job Description:

1. Can perform oral translations from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa in meetings, training, production activities or other situations
2. Facilitate effective communication with Mandarin-speaking employees and stakeholders
3. Able to translate written text: Translate documents, articles, reports, letters, or other materials from Mandarin to Indonesian, and vice versa
4. Maintaining Translation Quality: Ensuring the translation remains accurate, contextually correct, and free from grammatical errors or misinterpretations
5. Able to write or type in Mandarin
6. Maintain Confidentiality: Ensure the confidentiality and security of translated documents or information.

Qualification:

1. Fluency in Indonesian and Chinese languages (Vocal and written)
2. Diploma 3 (D3) / Bachelor's degree is preferred
3. Degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
5. Proven experience in translation and interpretation
6. Attention to detail and accuracy
7. Proficiency in using translation tools and software
8. Placement in Batam, so domicile in Batam would be much preferred
