Additionally, we offer event contracting services such as booth production, decoration, installation, dismantling, retouching, and storage, supporting brands, agencies, and organizers with reliable project delivery. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant located in Tangerang. The Personal Assistant will manage schedules, plan and organize tasks, and provide executive administrative support. Key responsibilities include maintaining diaries, handling communications, coordinating clerical tasks, and assisting with daily operations to ensure seamless workflows. The position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can support leadership and contribute to operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Ability to effectively manage Communication and maintain Diary Management
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills such as document handling and task organization
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
