Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form videos for paid ads, reels, and branded content

  • Capture on-site photography (product, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes) that aligns with campaign direction and can be repurposed for ads and social media

  • Create storyboard, content strategy  and moodboard for client

  • Edit engaging video content for social media (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and digital campaigns

  • Collaborate closely with the creative director, performance team, social media team, and clients to bring campaign concepts to life
  • Adapt raw footage from shoots into polished content optimized for each platform
  • Manage up to 20 different clients from different industries
  • Maintain consistent storytelling and pacing suited for performance marketing creatives
  • Contribute creative ideas during campaign brainstorming sessions
  • Stay up-to-date with current social trends, editing styles, and platform best practices
  • Organise media assets, maintain content libraries, and ensure delivery timelines are met
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality across multiple clients.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Video Editor / Motion Designer, preferably in a digital agency or content studio
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and/or DaVinci Resolve
  • Strong understanding of social media formats, aspect ratios, and ad creative styles
  • Creative eye for composition, rhythm, music selection, and storytelling
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and passion for visual storytelling
  • Bonus: experience in sound design, color grading, or 3D animation is a plus
