Objectives of this role
- Manage both our existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities
- Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets
- Develop strategies and perform positions within marketing
- Implementation of marketing strategies, through marketing activities; exhibitions, gathering, etc…
Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers, and meet regularly with managers and stakeholders to discuss strategy
- Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources
- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics
- Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
- Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis, and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
- Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
Required skills and qualifications
- Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in sales techniques
- Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Proven ability to plan and manage resources
- Preferred 5 years in sales/marketing/business development
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experienced in CRM.
- Ability to deliver presentations effectively

- Identifikasi tren dan kebutuhan pelanggan, bangun jalur penjualan untuk jangka pendek/menengah/panjang sesuai target.
- Kembangkan strategi dan posisi dengan menganalisis integrasi usaha baru.
- Membantu dalam koordinasi dan implementasi strategi pemasaran, dan mendelegasikan tugas untuk mencapai tujuan strategis.
- Memotivasi tim, melacak kinerja, dan melaporkan metrik.
Tanggung jawab:
- Pantau dan evaluasi tren industri dan pendorong pelanggan, dan bertemu secara teratur dengan manajer dan pemangku kepentingan untuk membahas strategi.
- Kelola proses tanggapan proposal, termasuk persyaratan RFP terperinci, pembuatan konten, dan masukan dari berbagai sumber.
- Menghasilkan prospek baru, mengidentifikasi dan menghubungi pembuat keputusan, menyaring peluang bisnis potensial, memilih kesepakatan yang sejalan dengan strategi, dan memfasilitasi logistik promosi.
- Kembangkan dan terapkan penjualan keluar menyeluruh dan strategi pengembangan bisnis, proses penjualan, struktur, dan praktik terbaik di seluruh perusahaan.
- Dukung struktur kesepakatan dan penetapan harga dengan analisis nilai bisnis, dan negosiasikan harga untuk penawaran dan proposal proaktif.
- Pertahankan dan bagikan pengetahuan profesional melalui pendidikan, jaringan, acara, dan presentasi
Keterampilan dan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan:
- Rekam jejak yang sukses dalam penjualan dan negosiasi B2B.
- Keterampilan komunikasi verbal dan tertulis yang sangat baik.
- Pengalaman dalam teknik penjualan.
- Kemahiran dalam analisis data, peramalan, dan penganggaran.
- Kemampuan yang terbukti untuk merencanakan dan mengelola sumber daya.
- Minimal 5 tahun di bidang penjualan/pemasaran/pengembangan bisnis.
- Menguasai MS Office
- Berpengalaman di CRM.
- Kemampuan untuk menyampaikan presentasi secara efektif
