A Sales Engineer is responsible for selling technically complex products or services by combining technical expertise with sales skills. The role includes identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and supporting product implementation

Qualification:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of work experience as a sales representative in a technical industry is preferred.
  • Understanding technical knowledge of the Fire Safety, EV, and related industries is a plus.
  • Strong communication,  presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, and to communicate technical information to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets, as well as work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Indonesian, English, or Mandarin.
  • Valid driver's license and be able to drive a manual vehicle.
  • Willingness to travel for business as needed.
  • A working knowledge and experience with SAP will be a plus point.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute sales and marketing strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and targeting potential clients through market research and industry networking
  • Conduct presentations, consultations, and negotiations regarding products with customers.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensurethat client orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Prepare regular customer and market development reports to management.
