Sales Engineer – Technical Sales  

Location:  Sunter, North Jakarta

Role Description

  • Drive Sales Revenue: Generate and maximize sales revenue to achieve and exceed targets set by the management.
  • Market Development: Proactively build and develop market opportunities by engaging with potential and existing customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management & Feedback: Serve as the primary liaison to collect, communicate, and provide customer comments and information to the relevant internal departments for necessary action and improvement.
  • Internal Coordination: Coordinate effectively with internal resources (e.g., technical, operations, support) to ensure efficient processes and obtain optimum results for the customer and the company.
  • Post-Sale Execution & Support: Manage and execute the delivery, commissioning, and comprehensive training of machinery or products for customers.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering, with a strong ability to understand and present technical solutions
  • Experience in Technical Support and providing effective problem-solving solutions to customers
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and explain technical concepts clearly
  • Sales and Customer Service expertise to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the welding, automation, or industrial equipment industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in relevant MS
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Primary Language: Indonesia, English, Chinese
