Branch Supervisors
to help elevate service standards, optimize workflows, and shape the future of leadership in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Placement: Jabodetabek (there are several options to choose)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless, customer-centric service delivery
  2. Coach, motivate, and lead frontline teams toward high performance
  3. Monitor and analyze operational data to identify improvement areas
  4. Implement SOPs, quality control, and service consistency standards
  5. Address real-time issues with agility and a solutions-focused mindset
  6. Ensure a productive, compliant, and collaborative work culture

What We're Looking For

  1. Bachelor's degree (D4/S1) from any field
  2. 1–2 years' experience in an operational supervisory role, ideally in service industries such as:
    F&B, Retail, Hospitality, and other similar industries
  3. Strong business acumen, communication, team management, and problem-solving skills
  4. Data-literate, especially in using Excel or dashboards for tracking performance
  5. Willing to work in a
    6-day, shift-based schedule
  6. Open to
