As a
Clinical Application Specialist
for
Dialysis
at B. Braun you will play a vital role in providing hands-on clinical training at customer sites and online mainly to Healthcare Professional in Hospital to improve the clinical performance of Hemodialysis products. Actively support the customers, business and Product Management and Service teams in everything related to product responsibility. A recognized expert and to make an important impact by helping all customers become more successful and knowledgeable. This position will work in a dynamic team of Applications Specialists within Marketing Team and other modalities and report to the Product Manager/Business Unit Head (BUH).

Your key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute training programs for internal & external customers, related to product responsibility
• Apply products to meet the specific need from customers by coordinating with Business and Product management to maximize the clinical performance
• Deliver demonstrations, presentations, courses, workshop and talks to support Aesculap Business and improve customer knowledge level
• Participate in the development of new functionally, settings and protocols to improved system performance and customer satisfaction
• Collect and evaluate clinical data to assist the organization in business processes
• Planning for in service and education/training monthly schedule collaboration with Business and Product Teams

What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Minimum 2 years of experience as hemodialysis nurse
• Has a certificate dialysis training
• Skill : presentation, communication, English, computer literate (Ms. Office & digitalization)
• Required to travel frequently to client sites.
