We are looking for an experienced
PMC Manager
to lead the development and continuous improvement of quality systems in our consumer electronics complete machine production plant. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, detail-driven, and passionate about building world-class quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a large-scale PMC team, develop production planning and material control strategies, and ensure efficient operations and on-time delivery.
  • Optimize material flow and production processes by implementing lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor production and material KPIs, coordinate supply chain activities, and collaborate across departments to achieve production targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in PMC within large-scale manufacturing, with a strong preference for candidates who have led teams of 500+ people.
  • Proficient in lean manufacturing and process optimization, capable of driving efficiency improvements and continuous enhancement.
  • Able to use English in a professional work environment; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
  • Results-oriented, proactive in identifying and resolving issues, with strong leadership and coordination skills.
