Business Function
DBSI T&O is the backbone that supports the bank as the central of operations and technology. With the spirit of OneTeam and PRIDE Value, we serve Institutional Banking Operations and Consumer Banking Operations, manage Customer Centre and IT, provide Group Procurement and Corporate Real Estate, coordinate bank-wide Business Continuity Management program and framework, and deliver service quality for Digibank and IBG/GTS. Our Technology & Operations organization is a vital strategic partner to the business in providing competitive advantage that propels DBSI towards being the Best Bank for a Better World (#B3W)
Responsibilities
Strategic and Planning
• Create a DBSI Information Technology Strategy that align with DBSI Business Strategy.
• Create an Information Technology implementation plan based on Information Technology Strategic.
• DBSI Information Technology Enterprise Architecture Design.
• Establish an Information Technology Organization that supports the DBSI and DBS Group business plan.
Production System Management
• Ensure that all running systems meet the Service Level Agreement.
• Carry out replacement plans and architectural improvements for systems that have reached the end of their support and service life.
• Ensure resolution of incidents and system problems that occur.
Project Management
• Undertake good Project Management practice.
• Project Execution is Critical to DBSI.
• Monitor projects including time, costs and resources.
Financial Management
• Ensure that capital expenditure and operational expenditure are within the budget.
• Continue assess the opportunity to optimize the expenditure/efficiency.
Good Governance, Risk Management and Control
• Organizational compliance with applicable rules and regulations and also with DBS Group regulations and policies.
• Organizing an IT Steering Committee.
• Execute SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) and Change Management (Change Control Board).
• Carry out Information Technology Risk Management and Control.
Information Security
• Ensure technology implementation that adhere with Information Security policy & standards.
Requirements
- Have experience in project management, production systems, strategic planning of information technology, technology infrastructure management, and application system management.
- Have strategic thinking skills and be able to explain to the Board of Directors / Senior Management.
- Experienced in designing automation processes and customer journeys in the digital world.
- Understand the banking, finance and payment industries.
- Understand the processes and best practices in the information technology industry such as ITIL, SDLC, Agile, and Enterprise Architecture.
- Bachelor of Information Technology or other related major with at least 10 years of relevant work experience in the world of information technology.
