Business FunctionDBSI T&O is the backbone that supports the bank as the central of operations and technology. With the spirit of OneTeam and PRIDE Value, we serve Institutional Banking Operations and Consumer Banking Operations, manage Customer Centre and IT, provide Group Procurement and Corporate Real Estate, coordinate bank-wide Business Continuity Management program and framework, and deliver service quality for Digibank and IBG/GTS. Our Technology & Operations organization is a vital strategic partner to the business in providing competitive advantage that propels DBSI towards being the Best Bank for a Better World (#B3W).Responsibilities* Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient microservices using modern software development practices* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions* Implement and optimize microservices for high availability, fault tolerance, and performance* Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing sessions to continuously improve code quality and team expertise* Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments, ensuring seamless service delivery* Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices to drive innovationRequirements* Proven experience in designing and developing microservices using modern technologies and frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes)* Understanding of software architecture patterns, design principles, and best practices* Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript)* Experience with distributed systems, message queues, and event-driven architectures* Familiarity with containerization, orchestration, and cloud-native development* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively* Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams* Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies-en
