We are seeking a
Business Strategy Lead
who can sharpen ideas, challenge assumptions, and turn early concepts into scalable, high-impact innovations. This role requires a forward-looking thinker who can balance strategic clarity with operational practicality while guiding cross-functional teams toward bold, consumer-centric solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate, refine, and elevate product ideas and proposals to ensure strong strategic alignment.
  • Build and communicate a clear product development roadmap that guides teams and stakeholders.
  • Anticipate market and consumer shifts to shape innovation priorities and long-term direction.
  • Assess feasibility of early-stage concepts across desirability, operational viability, and brand impact.
  • Translate product decisions into long-term implications for R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and Brand teams.
  • Lead issue resolution end-to-end through structured delegation, oversight, and timely decision-making.
  • Maintain project momentum even in fast-changing environments with multiple shifting priorities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and maintain high execution standards.
  • Handle complex and time-sensitive innovation tasks independently with sound judgment.
  • Cultivate strong relationships and trust with product, operations, marketing, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback to elevate team capability.
  • Represent the Product Innovation function with clear communication and thoughtful business rationale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimun 4 years of experience in Product Innovation, Product Management, Project Management, Strategy, or similar roles.
  • Strong project management capability with a structured, organized approach.
  • Sharp analytical thinking with the ability to distill complex insights into clear recommendations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capability.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve issues end-to-end with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop team members.
