We are seeking a Sharp and Efficient Closer to join our high-performing team. Job Description:

  • Follow up and close leads from digital marketing with predetermined targets
  • Be present at training center to welcome and close walk-in prospects
  • Conduct facility tours and present training center features to visiting potential clients
  • Provide product consultation for training to potential customers
  • Conduct intensive follow-ups via WhatsApp, phone, and emailAchieve monthly sales targets (with commission system)
  • Create daily sales activity and conversion reports
  • Deliver excellent customer service both online and offline
  • Maintain engagement and relationships with prospects until closing

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum education: High School/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum 2 year experience in sales/closing (preferably in education/training sector)
  • Friendly, communicative, and persuasive in interactions
  • Persistent, resilient, and target-oriented
  • Smart and quick learner about products and closing techniques
  • Honest in reporting activities and results
  • Excellent typing skills for fast and professional online communication
  • Able to deliver exceptional service when meeting customers in person
  • Well-groomed and presentable appearance
  • Comfortable working with targets and commission system
  • Ready to work at a fast pace and handle multiple prospects simultaneously
  • Possess growth mindset and willing to strive for development
  • Willing to learn and use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to increase closing productivity (AI chatbot, copywriting tools, CRM automation, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Trial period contract
