Job Description

  • Optimize Terminal Operations: Ensure all operations are efficient and aligned with company goals.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and manage operations staff, ensuring training and development.
  • Quality and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety rules, regulations, and the company's quality system.
  • Emergency Response: Act as Deputy Site Main Controller for emergency situations, coordinating with senior officers and management.
  • Day-to-Day Management: Oversee daily operational activities, including maintenance, monitoring equipment, and reporting.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or Petroleum).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a liquid bulk terminal or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of terminal operations and international standards (ISO, OSHAS, API, etc.).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Willingness to be stationed on site.
