We're hiring for Senior Human Capital Operation Officer Company
Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee benefits and facilities programs (allowances, medical benefits, pension plans, leave, etc.), including negotiating with service providers and using HRIS system.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Process payroll and calculate Income Tax (PPh 21).
- Coordinate HR policies between HQ and sites.
- Develop and update policies related to benefits or facilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field.
- Have 3-5 years of experience in HC, with expertise in Compensation & Benefits.
- Experience in the palm oil industry is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
