Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Officer, located in Surabaya. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for performing market research, developing and executing marketing strategies, managing social media (campaigns only), and driving sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include creating marketing materials, analyzing market trends, engaging with target audiences, and collaborating with sales teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Market Research and Marketing to understand trends and make data-informed decisions
  • Excellent Communication skills and ability to market effectively to different audiences
  • Experience with Social Media Marketing, including strategy development and campaign management
  • Sales skills with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving growth
  • Creative thinking and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and analytics platforms
  • Prior experience in marketing or sales roles about 1-3 years is a plus
