Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Credit Marketing Officer based in Surabaya, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Credit Marketing Officer is responsible for identifying and developing client relationships, conducting market research, promoting financial products, and supporting sales objectives. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction through clear communication and addressing client needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing techniques
  • Strong skills in Communication and client relationship management
  • Experience in Social Media Marketing and digital promotional strategies
  • Ability to drive sales and meet financial product targets
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of Indonesia's financial industry is a plus
