Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jakarta as an Admin RnD. The responsibilities include supporting research and development activities, performing administrative functions, compiling and analyzing data, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth project workflows. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating operations and communication between different teams, while contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
    Food Technology, Culinary Arts, Nutrition, Hospitality Management
    , or a related field.
  • Minimum
    1–2 years of experience
    in administrative support, preferably in a food production, culinary, or R&D environment.
  • Strong understanding of
    basic cooking processes
    , hot kitchen operations, and food production workflows.
  • Ability to assist in recipe documentation, costing, standardization, and version control.
  • Familiar with
    food safety standards
    (GMP, HACCP, ISO is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and capable of preparing structured reports and data sheets.
  • Strong organizational and data management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with Production, QA/QC, Procurement, and Culinary teams.
  • Good communication skills in english, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn technical aspects of product development.
