We're on the lookout for passionate and motivated individuals to join us as
Sales Operations Associate
. You'll play a critical role in supporting the performance and productivity of our sales team by managing processes and maintaining data accuracy across invoicing, customer plan activation, lead assignment, and other projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own the end-to-end invoicing workflow
  • Manage customer plan activation
  • Handle data updates and maintenance
  • Manage adhoc lead assignment
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for operations processes

Who We Are Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or administration.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills: PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
