Background & Purpose of the Job :

The Retail & Operations Associate supports the day-to-day retail operations by ensuring smooth administrative processes, accurate reporting, and effective coordination between stores, vendors, and internal departments. This role plays an essential part in maintaining operational efficiency, data accuracy, and compliance across the retail network.

What You'll Do :

  • Prepare and update daily/weekly/monthly sales and operational reports.
  • Support store operations, stock control, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for operational needs.
  • Handle purchase orders, deliveries, and filing.
  • Monitor SOP compliance and assist in audits or store visits.
  • Provide administrative support for projects and training.

What You'll Need To Succeed :

  • Bachelor's degree from any major.
  • Min. 2–3 years experience in retail or administrative role (fashion preferred).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and data-driven.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
  • Team player with willingness to learn.
