Kami mencari seorang Manager Sales GT/ MT yang berpengalaman dan berorientasi pada hasil untuk bergabung dengan tim penjualan kami di PT Nawasena Sentosa Utama di area JABODETABEK. Sebagai manajer penjualan, Anda akan memainkan peran kunci dalam memimpin dan mengembangkan tim penjualan kami, serta berkontribusi pada pencapaian target penjualan perusahaan. Kandidat yang ideal memiliki rekam jejak yang terbukti dalam kepemimpinan penjualan, memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam tentang pasar, dan kemampuan untuk mengembangkan dan menerapkan strategi penjualan yang efektif.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

  1. Mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan rencana penjualan strategis untuk memperluas pangsa pasar dan meningkatkan profitabilitas.
  2. Menganalisis tren pasar, memantau pesaing, dan mengidentifikasi peluang baru untuk pertumbuhan bisnis.
  3. Membuat pelaporan dan analisis penjualan yang komprehensif untuk membantu mengambil keputusan strategis.
  4. Membangun dan mempertahankan hubungan yang kuat dengan pelanggan kunci untuk memperluas basis pelanggan dan meningkatkan loyalitas.

Keterampilan, Kualifikasi, dan Pengalaman yang Dibutuhkan

  1. Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan, diutamakan manajemen, pemasaran, bisnis atau jurusan relevan lainnya
  2. Usia maksimal 40 tahun.
  3. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai sales supervisor atau 2 tahun sebagai area sales manager GT/ MT di industri Home Appliance, akan di utamakan.
  4. Memiliki jaringan/ koneksi dengan toko General Trade (GT) atau Modern Trade (MT) seperti; retail dan supermarket, menjadi nilai tambah.
  5. Memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam tentang tren dan dinamika pasar ritel & distribusi di wilayah Jabodetabek.
  6. Kemampuan analitis yang kuat untuk menginterpretasikan data penjualan dan membuat keputusan yang diinformasikan.
  7. Keterampilan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan presentasi yang luar biasa untuk berinteraksi dengan pemangku kepentingan internal dan eksternal.
  8. Memiliki sim A & C (yang masih berlaku)
  9. Jujur, disiplin dan bertanggung jawab
