About the role

We are seeking a talented Internal Auditor to join our team at PT. HERBIVOR SATU NUSA' on a contract basis. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial and operational integrity of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive audits, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to strengthen our internal controls and processes. What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, financial reporting, and operational efficiency
  2. Identify and document any potential risks or non-compliance issues, and provide detailed recommendations for corrective actions
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit findings and monitor the progress of agreed-upon actions
  4. Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to the management team
  5. Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
  6. Provide advisory support to the business on various financial and operational matters
  7. Mentor and train junior members of the audit team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably within the Akuntansi industry
  3. Strong understanding of accounting principles, internal control frameworks, and risk management practices
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and provide practical solutions
  5. Proficient in using data analysis tools and techniques to gather, interpret, and present audit findings
  6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  7. Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred
