  1. Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Industri, Teknik Kimia, Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektro, Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (HSE), atau jurusan relevan.
  2. Pengalaman kerja 2–5 tahun dalam bidang compliance, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, product certification, atau HSE (lebih disukai di industri manufaktur / consumer goods / elektronik / kimia / farmasi / oil & gas).

  3. Memahami peraturan dan sertifikasi seperti:

  4. SNI, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, CE, RoHS, REACH, BPOM, Halal, atau standar lainnya sesuai jenis produk.

  5. Memahami proses testing dan sertifikasi produk pada laboratorium resmi.
  6. Memiliki kemampuan safety planning, document control, regulatory reporting yang baik.
  7. Detail oriented, analitis, dan problem solving yang kuat.
  8. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan mampu bekerja lintas departemen.
  9. Mampu bekerja dengan target dan tekanan audit.
  10. Menguasai Microsoft Office / Excel & sistem dokumentasi elektronik.
  11. Kemampuan bahasa Inggris aktif lebih disukai.

Jobdesk :

  1. Memastikan kepatuhan produk terhadap standar regulasi nasional dan internasional yang berlaku (SNI, BPOM, K3, ISO, CE Marking, RoHS, REACH, FDA atau standar industri terkait).
  2. Mengelola dokumen sertifikasi produk, termasuk pengajuan, perpanjangan, audit, dan pemeliharaan dokumen legalitas.
  3. Melakukan penilaian risiko dan analisa keselamatan produk selama proses pengembangan, produksi, dan distribusi.
  4. Melakukan audit internal dan eksternal terkait penerapan standar keselamatan produk.
  5. Berkoordinasi dengan instansi pemerintah, lembaga sertifikasi, laboratorium uji, dan auditor, memastikan kelengkapan persyaratan teknis.
  6. Melakukan investigasi dan penanganan keluhan pelanggan yang terkait keselamatan produk serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan.
  7. Menyusun laporan kepatuhan produk, termasuk Product Safety Report, Technical Document, MSDS, dan Risk Assessment.
  8. Mengembangkan program pelatihan internal terkait kepatuhan produk dan keselamatan.
  9. Membuat prosedur serta SOP compliance untuk memastikan pengendalian mutu dan keselamatan berjalan efektif.
  10. Monitoring perubahan regulasi terbaru dan melakukan sosialisasi kepada tim internal (R&D, produksi, procurement, QA/QC, legal).
  11. Melakukan pengawasan labeling dan dokumentasi produk, memastikan kesesuaian dengan standar legal.
