**Your Profile**: - Chemical engineering or industrial engineering degree - Min. of 3 years of vocational experience in Q-HSE - MS Office, good command of the English language, SAP knowledge desirable - Understanding and capable to implement root cause analysis technique for effective problem solving - Clear understanding about the quality requirements and expectation of the customers - Knowledge and understand about the ISO 9001 & ISO 15378 requirements - Knowledge and understand about the ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 requirements - Able to carry out hazard identification and EHS risks assessment as well as identification and assessment of environmental aspects of environmental impacts **Your Contribution**: - To handle customer complaint following global rules - To implement and follow up Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) system related with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) following global standard - To prepare and evaluate quality agreement with customers - To define and control implementation of customer special requirements - To control cost of non-quality in order to reach defined target - To prepare quality department monthly report - To prepare all required data and trending analysis report for customer feedback - To organize and lead the discussion, workshop with respective department related with customer feedback. - To monitor and coordinate daily job related with design and specification, supplier development with subordinates and supplier audit with purchasing. - If necessary, discuss with customer (visit or telco) related with customer feedback and Acceptable Quality Level (AQL). - Represent Quality as Lead Auditor when performing supplier audit - Responsibility for the integrated management system for safety, security, health and environment (EHS) and compliance to certification requisites - Responsibility for occupational safety, health, security and environmental protection - To promote the industrial safety and hygiene on all levels of the plant - To develop actions for environmental protection with the goal of preventing and minimizing production impact on the environment - To drive the process for security and health management (especially the "Zero Accidents" program) for employees on site in order to prevent accidents and minimize risks at work - To conduct EHS orientation and retraining - To organize and maintain pest control management together with subcontractor - To conduct internal audit in the company **Your Benefits**: - Motivated and committed employees are essential to the success of our company.
