Job Purpose

Performs highly diversified tasks to maintain, repair, troubleshoot and install production and facility assets according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes

Key Accountabilities

• Execute daily Maintenace activity
• Implement ALPS methodology 
• Perform administration work
• Support and involve in HSE & Quality program

Key Activities

• To do preventive maintenance for all equipment in MPC , Coil , and Warehouse base on schedule 
• To repair machines process breakdown in MPC , Coil ,  and Warehouse especially for electrical, instrumentation and automation jobs
• To repair damaged  facilities of electrical scope at site base on work order – Maintenance notification closing as per target
• To do improvement project for enhancing reliability and productivity of equipment in MPC , Coil , and Warehouse – Target : Ontime execution & quatity of improvement project as per target
• To supervise the contractor  especially for electrical, instrumentation and automation jobs – On time 3rd party job execution
• Proactively involve in manufacturing improvement, and ALPS (AkzoNobel Leading Performance System)
• Update regular maintenance report (Work Order PM/CM/Improvement)
• ConductBBS/Nearmiss/Hazard observation /assessment/ report

Experience

Educational/Professional Qualifications and Experience:

•    Vocational School or Diploma (Management, Business Administration)

•    5 years of experience in paint industry or other process industry

Skills,Knowledge & Personal characteristics:

•    List the essential educational qualifications, relevant experience and required skills.
-    Electrical control and power distribution
-    Process Control (PLC, SCADA) and Instrumentation 
-    Engineering standard (ISO & HSE)
-    Certified electrical safety expert (Ahli K3 Listrik)

•    Able to passive English

•    Literate with computer Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).

Education
