Kami mencari DevOps Engineer yang berpengalaman untuk mendukung infrastruktur teknologi perbankan yang aman, stabil, dan scalable. Anda akan bertanggung jawab membangun, mengelola, dan mengoptimalkan pipeline CI/CD serta platform containerization untuk mendukung proses pengembangan aplikasi digital banking dan layanan perbankan lainnya.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Mengelola dan mengembangkan CI/CD pipeline menggunakan Jenkins dan/atau GitLab CI.
  • Membangun, mengelola, dan mengoptimalkan containerization menggunakan Docker dan Kubernetes (on-prem maupun cloud).
  • Mengelola deployment aplikasi perbankan secara otomatis, aman, dan terkontrol sesuai standar industri.
  • Menerapkan praktik Infrastructure as Code (IaC) menggunakan tools seperti Terraform atau Ansible.
  • Mengimplementasikan dan memelihara sistem monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, atau sejenisnya).
  • Mengelola sistem logging terpusat untuk kebutuhan audit, troubleshooting, dan observability.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim Developer, Security, dan IT Operation untuk memastikan lingkungan produksi berjalan optimal.
  • Menyelesaikan incident terkait deployment, pipeline, container, dan infrastruktur DevOps.
  • Melakukan optimasi performa aplikasi dan resource pada cluster Kubernetes.
  • Mendokumentasikan seluruh proses DevOps, arsitektur, dan standar operasional.

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, atau serupa.
  • Pengalaman minimal 2–4 tahun sebagai DevOps Engineer, SysOps, atau Site Reliability Engineer.
  • Menguasai CI/CD tools seperti Jenkins atau GitLab CI.
  • Menguasai Docker dan Kubernetes (deployment, konfigurasi, scaling, helm chart lebih baik).
  • Memahami konsep microservices, service mesh, dan container orchestration.
  • Memiliki pengalaman dengan Linux administration (Ubuntu/CentOS).
  • Mampu bekerja dengan monitoring & logging stack seperti: Prometheu, Grafana, ELK Stack / OpenSearch, Loki
  • Memahami konsep networking, load balancer, reverse proxy (Nginx/HAProxy).
  • Familiar dengan security best practices di lingkungan perbankan / enterprise.
  • Mampu bekerja dalam tekanan dan lingkungan yang sangat terkontrol (regulated industry).
