About the Role

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to build, automate, and optimize our cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security across all backend systems. In this role, you'll take ownership of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud operations while working closely with development teams to streamline deployment and improve system performance.

You'll play a key part in designing modern, secure, and efficient infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and GCP—driving continuous improvement and innovation in how we build and deliver software.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy, automate, manage, and optimize backend infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
  • Implement and maintain cloud security best practices to protect critical systems.
  • Manage infrastructure as code and support microservices using tools like Kafka, Redis, and ElasticSearch.
  • Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for efficient software deployment.
  • Enhance system security by applying standards, best practices, and secure development workflows.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline deployment and infrastructure management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or relevant major fields
  • Minimum 2-5 years work experience in DevOps tools, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, Devops & SRE.
  • Cloud Infrastructure – Working with cloud platform (preferably Google Cloud Platform)
  • CI/CD Pipeline Automation – Implementing Jenkins, Atlantis, HelmChart, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD for automated deployments.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – Managing GCP CloudRun, Terraform, or Ansible for scalable infrastructure.
  • Monitoring & Logging – Using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack for system observability.
  • Containerization & Orchestration – Deploying applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Datastore and Memorystore – Managing and Operating MySQL, PostgreSQL, Mongo, Cloud Spanner, Memcache and Redis.
  • Data Streaming and Queuing - Managing and Operating Kafka, Pubsub, ActiveMQ and stack alike
  • Networking and DNS – Managing and Operating virtual private network and domain name services. Experience with Baremetal Onpremise datacenter is a plus.
  • Scripting ability – Capable writing on Python, Bash, or any programming languages.
