A fast-growing sustainable food company in Bali, dedicated to wild-harvested and locally sourced ingredients, is seeking a passionate and experienced Production Manager to lead and optimise its production operations.

As Production Manager, you will play a critical role in managing daily production processes, ensuring product quality, improving operational efficiency, and leading a dedicated production team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring timely and efficient operations
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems and production protocols
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food regulatory standards (BPOM, HACCP, GMP, Halal, NKV, etc.)
  • Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods
  • Monitor key production KPIs, analyse performance data, and implement process improvements
  • Lead and mentor a team of production staff, promoting a culture of accountability and collaboration
  • Coordinate closely with fulfillment and sales teams to align production targets with market demand
  • Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment and facilities to ensure minimal downtime
  • Prepare reports, budgets, and production forecasts to support business planning

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Indonesian national with a Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management or supervisory role, ideally within the food manufacturing industry
  • Experience in meat processing is a strong advantage
  • Deep understanding of food safety and quality regulations (BPOM, HACCP, GMP, Halal, etc.)
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambitious growth targets
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and production reporting
  • Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Highly detail-oriented, systematic, and proactive in approach
