Description

Requirement

  • Final year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Previous internship or project experience in digital marketing is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Able to work collaboratively with different teams and support campaign execution.

  • Interest in the latest trends in digital marketing and technology.

  • Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective analytics studies to review the successful achievement of a company's business objectives.
  • Review marketing analytics data and cross reference with additional data sets to assess performance of customer, product or marketing performance
  • Perform independent advanced analysis such as attribution modeling on various digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
  • Compile regular reports on business performance such as top performing products, margin optimization, CLV and CAC and deliver results and recommendations to management and client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to ensure data pipelines are updated, data sets are accurate and valuable insights can be generated and shared to clients
