Job Requirement:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or related discipline. (Fresh Graduated are welcome)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
  • SQL expertise for complex querying, data transformation, and performance optimization.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, including data modelling, data architecture, and data governance principles.
  • Hands-on experience designing, building, and managing ETL/ELT workflows, preferably with Apache Airflow.

Job Description:

  • Conducting in-depth analysis of business data and user behaviors to uncover trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities across the company.
  • Supporting strategic initiatives by providing data driven inputs to cross-functional teams like product, marketing, and operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Transforming raw data from data warehouse into analysis ready datasets through SQL querying and Python data manipulation.
  • Automating data workflows and ensuring reliability and performance to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Take ownership of data mart logic, ensuring it is accurate, well-documented, and aligned with business definitions.

Working arrangement:

  • Contract based months under outsource (possible to extend)
