Position : Distribution Development Executive (Area Sales Representative)

Location : Tegal (covered Tegal, Purwokerto & Semarang)

Role Summary & Responsibility :

·       Coordinate with DSM/DSS/DMO to lead distributor sales & marketing operations to achieve assigned targets.

·       Monitor and develop business plans to ensure growth targets are met (PANOL, retail penetration, local initiatives).

·       Manage day-to-day operations and business development within the distributor area, including forecasting, PAR optimization, customer validation, and A/R management advisory.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic/key customers.

·       Take full responsibility for daily sales management activities (morning briefing, call plan, call report, WILO, MILO, KITA APPS).

·       Serve as the main point of contact for the distributor in coordinating with Shell principal regarding sales operations and marketing programs.

·       Train and mentor new team members to achieve high performance through sharing best practices and fostering an engaging environment.

Requirement :

·       Bachelor degree (S1)

·       Min. 5 years of total experience in area sales, preferably in lubricants, FMCG or Tobacco industries

·       Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

·       Strong logical thinking

·       Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy

·       Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

·       Strong communication and coordination skills

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
