We are currently looking for
Executive Secretary
. The required qualification is bellow:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in related roles
  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Management, or related fields.
  • Experience in hospitality, corporate office, or similar professional environment preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal & written (proficiency in multiple language is an advantage)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple task simultaneously.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and in a team
  • High level of integrity and discretion.
  • Proactive, dependable, and resourceful.
  • Well-groomed and professional demeanor.
  • Positive attitude and service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
