Plant Manager (Feedmill)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to oversee the manufacturing process and plant management of poultry feed. Our Client is a leading producer of poultry feed products committed to quality ingredients and nutritional excellence and strives to provide the best feed product for poultry in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant manufacturing process management to ensure compliance with company objectives, quality systems, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire plant operations, from receiving raw materials to production and quality control of the finished feedmill
  • Develop and implement production plans to meet production targets and ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor and optimize production processes to minimize waste, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, QA/QC, and maintenance to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards in the industry.
  • Ensure that the Company benefits maximally from its investments.
  • Perform reporting to the management regarding the analysis of the financial results of the plant.
  • Participates in risk prevention, nonconformity management and risk analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in feedmill manufacturing in Indonesia.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and cost management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Experience in Just in Time (JIT) or Manufacturing to-order environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving production challenges.
  • Fluent communication with Bahasa & English.
  • Willing to be based in Central Java.
