Job Responsibility  :

  • Responsible for all operational aspects within the factory, including production, inventory management, distribution, and compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee and manage the entire production process from planning to delivery of finished products, with a focus on efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure the availability of raw materials and optimal inventory management to support factory operations effectively.
  • Coordinate the distribution of finished products to customers or business partners according to the established schedule.
  • Ensure workplace safety and security by implementing best practices in occupational health and safety standards.
  • Ensure the factory complies with all applicable regulations and rules, including environmental regulations, health and safety regulations, and industry regulations.
  • Design and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce production costs, and enhance productivity.

Job Qualifiactions :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Industrial / Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a kitchen equipment manufacturing plant (such as Sharp, Panasonic, Polytron, Electrolux, LG, or similar companies).
  • Deep knowledge of production processes, inventory management, distribution, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing best practices, including Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or other relevant methodologies.
  • Target-oriented and able to work under high-pressure conditions to meet company objectives.
  • Honest, detail-oriented, responsible, and disciplined, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills in identifying operational problems and developing effective solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to inspire, direct, and manage teams.
  • Proficient in English (speaking, reading, listening, and writing).
  • Willing to work overtime when required and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Candidates must be willing to work in Semarang.
