HSE Staff

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering or related field.
2. At least 1 years of working experience as HSE Staff from Manufacturing or building materials industries
3. Certified in General HSE (K3 Umum), Fire Safety, First Aid, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Auditor SMK3 & BNSP environmental certification
4. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
5. Able to communicate in English
6. Skilled in incident investigation, risk assessment, and internal audits
7. Good communication, leadership, and training skills

Job Descriptions:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with regulations and company standards.
2. Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and determine effective control measures (HIRADC).
3. Perform routine inspections in the plant to ensure safe practices, proper use of PPE, and equipment safety.
4. Investigate incidents, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
5. Prepare and maintain HSE reports, records, and documentation (including ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 compliance).
6. Lead and deliver HSE training, safety induction, and awareness programs for employees.
7. Ensure proper environmental management, including handling of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
8. Coordinate with government agencies (Manpower Office, Environment Office, etc.) during audits or inspections.
9. Support the development of a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization.
