  • Memiliki pemahaman & ketertarikan di bidang marketing & bisnis
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi & negosiasi yang baik
  • Diutamakan yang memahami dunia otomotif terutama roda 2
  • Fasih berbahasa Inggris
  • Wajib memiliki Sim A & C (lancar mengendarai mobil manual)
  • Mampu membuat konsep & analisa marketing

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Melakukan proses analisa kebutuhan jaringan per area MD (Main Dealer)
  • Melakukan proses pemilihan kandidat jaringan yang akan di set up & renovasi serta memastikan prosesnya berjalan lancar & sesuai target
  • Melakukan analisa kondisi Bengkel Resmi Yamaha sebagai pertimbangan prioritas visit
  • Melakukan on the spot analisa & improvement kepada Bengkel Resmi Yamaha yang dikunjungi, melakukan evaluasi & report terkait hasil kunjungan
  • Membuat rencana, pelaksanaan & evaluasi aktivitas bulanan
  • Melakukan control kualitas SDM di jaringan bengkel
  • Support kegiatan training untuk manpower dealer
  • Memastikan system yang digunakan dapat berjalan dengan baik & tidak mengalami kendala serius
